Terms & Conditions – True Wallet

Last Updated: November 28, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of True Wallet, a decentralized cryptocurrency wallet. By using our application, website, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of True Wallet immediately. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone accessing our platform.

  1. Service Nature & User Responsibilities

True Wallet is a non-custodial DEX crypto wallet, meaning you always retain full control over your digital assets. We do not store, access, or retrieve your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. All blockchain transactions are processed directly through decentralized networks and cannot be reversed once executed.

As a user, you are fully responsible for securing your wallet credentials, safeguarding your device, and ensuring that no one else gains unauthorized access. Any asset loss, unauthorized transaction, phishing attack, or device compromise resulting from weak security or negligence is solely your responsibility. True Wallet cannot recover lost access or reverse blockchain actions.

  1. Risk Disclosure & Financial Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies carry inherent risks. Market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, failed transactions, network congestion, and irreversible losses are all possible outcomes when interacting with decentralized systems. By using True Wallet, you acknowledge that these risks exist and accept full responsibility for your choices.

Any information, charts, analytics, or tools available within True Wallet are strictly for general information. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You agree that all investment decisions are made independently and at your own risk, and True Wallet cannot be held liable for any profit loss or financial damage resulting from your actions.

  1. Third-Party Integrations & Limited Liability

True Wallet may allow you to connect with third-party DApps, exchanges, protocols, or external APIs. We do not own, control, or guarantee the safety, reliability, or accuracy of any third-party platform. By interacting with them, you agree that any risks or losses associated with third-party services are your sole responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Wallet will not be liable for interruptions, technical errors, service downtime, hacking attempts, accidental bugs, network failures, or any direct or indirect damages arising from platform use. Your use of True Wallet is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any outcomes related to decentralized interactions.

  1. Modifications & Contact

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
